A medical transport plane crashed in Northeast Philadelphia just minutes after taking off. Investigators are still looking for the cockpit voice recorder.
The crash site was a mess, with debris scattered everywhere. It was dangerous to be around. People were encouraged to avoid the area.
Seventeen people were injured, and one person was killed on the ground. It is not yet known how badly the injuries are, but more than half of the injured are recovering and have been released.
