Jennifer Garner is back with a new comedy on Netflix. This time, she's working with Kay Cannon, the director of "Blockers. " The movie is called "One Attempt Remaining. " It's about a couple who split up but still have some unfinished business. They won some cryptocurrency on a cruise. They didn't think much of it at the time. But now, that cryptocurrency is worth millions!
There's just one problem. They forgot the password. And the account will expire in three days. So, they have to work together to remember what happened that night. But they also have to figure out why they fell in love in the first place. It's a race against time. And it's a chance to rediscover their feelings for each other.
Garner is no stranger to Netflix. She's already starred in "Family Switch" and "Yes Day. " She's also known for her roles in "Alias, " "Juno, " and "Love, Simon. " She's got a busy schedule. She's also working on a new project called "The Five-Star Weekend" for Peacock.
Kay Cannon is also a busy person. She created and wrote the Netflix series "Girlboss. " She also directed "Cinderella" with Camila Cabello and Billy Porter. She wrote the script for "One Attempt Remaining" with Joe Boothe and Alexa Alemanni.
Garner is producing the movie with Shawn Levy and Dan Levine from 21 Laps. Nicole King from Linden Productions is also involved. It's a big project. And it's got a lot of potential.
