Sundance During Challenging Times

Rosen joined Sundance in 2020. During her time there, the festival faced big changes. The COVID-19 pandemic forced it to go online for the first time. Sundance also decided to move from Park City, Utah, to Boulder, Colorado, in 2027.

Rosen was known for supporting indie filmmakers. She worked all the time, even answering emails and texts late at night. She had a sharp sense of humor, knew the industry inside out, and was always warm and friendly.

Early Career and Passions

Before Sundance, Rosen worked at Tribeca from 2007 to 2019. She started with Tribeca in 2004 while working at Rubenstein, a PR firm. Robert De Niro and Jane Rosenthal, the co-founders of Tribeca, said she was passionate, hardworking, and loved the film community. They also mentioned her love for Bruce Springsteen and her signature red lipstick.

Previous Work and Legacy

Rosen also worked at Kenneth Cole Productions. She is survived by her mother, Sheryle, her sister Stefani, her brother Brian, and many friends and family members.
