A Look at Tony Stewart’s Relationship with the Media
INDIANA, USASaturday, December 28, 2024
Over the years, Stewart built a reputation for being tough on media members. However, he believes he's managed to mend those relationships. He admits that the intense environment after races, with microphones and cameras immediately surrounding him, sometimes led to heated exchanges. Despite this, Stewart now has a positive outlook on his relationship with the media. He even started doing commentary for FOX, showing a different side of his character.
Stewart's career in NASCAR was filled with highs and lows. From winning the 2007 Brickyard 400 to receiving a $25, 000 fine and losing points for using profanity on live TV, his journey was anything but boring. After retirement, Stewart has kept his focus on his fans and his new racing adventures in NHRA. His connection with the racing community remains strong, even though he has stepped away from NASCAR.
