This acquisition is a game-changer for Gersh, as it doubles its workforce to over 600 employees and sets up shop in 22 offices across 14 countries. The goal? To create new opportunities for clients in both sports and entertainment by combining the strengths of both companies. You First's CEO, Juan Aísa, will join Gersh's board and continue to run his company from Madrid, Spain. You First represents over 1, 000 clients globally, including big names in soccer and basketball like Fabián Ruiz and Desmond Bane. They also work closely with big brands like Formula 1 and Samsung to create marketing campaigns that connect fans through sports and entertainment. This deal gives Gersh a strong platform to expand into sports representation and consulting, launching its new sports division, Gersh Sports.

Steve Gersh, the managing partner, sees this acquisition as a natural step for the agency's growth. He explained, "We wanted a partner with global reach, a diverse client base, and strong management.
