A Decade‑Long Career in Talent and Outreach
Prior to this appointment, Avalos spent two decades shaping strategies and building teams across talent acquisition, career counseling, and community outreach. With a degree in Human Resource Management from American Military University System and service in the U.S. Army, he brings sharpened leadership and planning expertise to KCC.
