Some people wonder if this is related to Professor Jay M. Feinman’s book, "Delay, Deny, Defend, " which talks about insurance companies not paying claims. The coin's profile picture uses the NYPD's suspect photo with "DDD" and the coin's name superimposed. It links to an ABC News story about the inscribed bullet casings. Surveillance footage shows the gunman shooting Thompson from behind and then riding off on an e-bike. Police are offering a $10, 000 reward for information. The motive for the murder is still unclear.
