Acrisure's New Storyteller: A Fresh Face for a Growing Giant
A New Role for a Growing Company
Acrisure, a major player in the insurance industry, has appointed Aaron Radelet as its new Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. This newly created position underscores Acrisure's commitment to strategic communications and global storytelling.
Radelet joins Acrisure from Walgreens Boots Alliance, where he served as the Senior Vice President of Communications. He is enthusiastic about Acrisure's future, stating that the company has the resources and vision to continue its impressive growth trajectory.
Beyond Insurance: A Diversified Powerhouse
Acrisure is not just an insurance company—it also provides cybersecurity, mortgages, payroll, and employee benefits. With 20,000 employees worldwide, including 2,000 in Michigan, Acrisure has become a major employer and industry leader.
A Decade of Rapid Growth
Over the past 11 years, Acrisure has experienced exponential growth. In 2014, its revenue was approximately $38 million. Today, it stands at nearly $5 billion. This expansion has been fueled by strategic acquisitions of smaller insurance firms.
Potential IPO on the Horizon
There is speculation that Acrisure may go public soon. In May 2023, the company secured $2.25 billion in funding, valuing it at $32 billion. Radelet will report to John Tuttle, who joined Acrisure last year. Tuttle, former Vice Chairman of the New York Stock Exchange, praised Radelet as a master of building global brands.
A Seasoned Leader with a Proven Track Record
Radelet brings decades of experience from leading companies like Hilton and Sprint Nextel. He began his career at a public relations firm and holds an executive leadership certificate from Northwestern and Cornell Universities, along with a degree from Grand Valley State University.
With Radelet at the helm of corporate affairs, Acrisure is poised to amplify its success story on a global scale.
