Veteran stage actor Julien Arnold, aged 60, passed away suddenly during a performance of A Christmas Carol at Edmonton's Citadel Theatre. He collapsed onstage and could not be revived despite efforts by paramedics. Arnold was a beloved figure in the local theatre community, known for his charisma and talent. He had performed in many productions, including The Wizard of Oz and Beauty and the Beast.
The cause of Arnold's death has not been disclosed. His passing has left a deep void in the hearts of his family, friends, and the Edmonton community. He grew up in Edmonton and studied at the University of Alberta, earning both a bachelor's and a master's degree in fine arts. Arnold was also a founding member of Free Will Players, a professional theatre company.
