But wait, in the ad, the CEO lets an AI chatbot chat with his wife. Isn't that odd? Why isn't he talking to her directly? Ads like these show AI making interactions less human. Google once showed a dad and daughter using AI to write a letter instead of doing it themselves. Apple, too, showed people using AI to learn about dogs without asking the owner. The message? AI is smart, but at what cost to personal connection? Some companies even show AI as a replacement for real friends. The implication? Why talk to people when you can talk to a machine?
