Alamosa Wrestlers Dominate in New Mexico
Alamosa High School's boys wrestling team, the Mean Moose, made a strong statement by winning the Clash at the Coliseum Tournament in Farmington, New Mexico. They didn't just win; they dominated, taking home the title after winning all 10 of their dual meets.
A Dominant Start
Their journey to victory started with a bang, crushing Durango 78-6. They kept the momentum going, beating Monument Valley, Bayfield, Ganado, Soroco, Chinle, and Montezuma-Cortez by wide margins. It wasn't just about winning; it was about how convincingly they won.
Championship Round
The championship round was no different. They faced tougher competition but still came out on top against Montrose, Farmington, and Aztec. The scores might not have been as lopsided, but the result was the same: victory.
