Matthew Golden, a top-30 prospect, was already known for his production in the slot and on the outside. His quick footwork and nuanced route tree made him a standout. His blazing 4. 29 40-yard dash boosted his stock even more. With this newfound speed, he could be the second receiver off the board in April.
Four receivers saw their stock rise: Sam Brown, Dont'e Thornton, Isaiah Neyor, and Isaac TeSlaa. Brown's 41. 5-inch vertical was impressive, while Thornton's speed and top speed were notable. Neyor's 11-foot broad jump was a highlight, and TeSlaa had one of the best all-around performances.
Ohio State's TreVeyon Henderson and Quinshon Judkins had standout performances. Henderson's speed and Judkins' power made them strong candidates for the second round.
Bhayshul Tuten claimed the title of best all-around athlete. His track background helped him run the fastest 40-yard dash among running backs at 4. 32 seconds and record the best vertical jump at 40. 5 inches.
Quarterbacks Jalen Milroe, Riley Leonard, and Brady Cook impressed with their throwing and athleticism. Cook's performance boosted his stock from a fringe draftable player to someone who should now hear his name called. Leonard and Milroe showcased standout arm strength.
