Banana Art named Comedian Gets Eaten by Crypto Mogul

Everyone's heard of weird art, but crypto billionaire Justin Sun took things to a whole new level by buying a banana taped to a wall for $6. 2 million! You might think he's joking, but Sun saw this banana-as-art as a bridge between memes, crypto, and traditional art. "Comedian, " as it's officially named, was already controversial. An artist had actually eaten the original banana back in 2019! Sun bought the art recently and decided to make his own statement.

The sculpture came with a certificate, proving he could tape a banana to any wall and call it art. Talk about a unique investment! Sun, who also put $30 million into a crypto project with former President Trump, made headlines last year when he faced SEC fraud accusations. Surprisingly, Sun chose to eat the banana himself during a press conference in Hong Kong. He later dismissed the fraud charges.
