Northern California
- Waves up to 25 feet tall.
- Biggest waves from Wednesday evening until Thursday afternoon.
- Extra caution near the surf zone—waves can sweep people into cold, rough water.
South Washington
- Waves up to 25 feet tall from Wednesday to Thursday afternoon.
- Biggest waves expected Wednesday afternoon into Thursday morning.
- Unexpected waves can wash over beaches, jetties, and structures, causing damage.
