Boiler Room, a streaming series and events platform, has now switched hands, moving from ticketing giant Dice to European event giant Superstruct Entertainment. The details of the deal are under wraps, but it's clear that Boiler Room's team will stay in charge while tapping into Superstruct's global resources.

Created in 2008, Boiler Room has built a name for itself with live music events and streaming. Its charging model comes from brand partnerships, ticketed events, and selling merchandise. Even though its YouTube streams draw millions of views, they don't rake in cash because Boiler Room doesn't own the music rights.
