The Heart of Dublin's STEM Revolution In the heart of Dublin, two passionate individuals, Raman Arora and Aditya Lagu, joined forces to tackle a pressing issue: the lack of opportunities for students to explore career paths in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). The friends, who met during their middle school days, had an unsettling realization - their schools didn't provide adequate resources to help students discover the vast array of STEM careers available. The statistics were alarming. Few schools offered specific engineering or biomedical pathways, leaving many students in the dark about the numerous career opportunities awaiting them. This knowledge gap led to students making uninformed decisions about their majors and career choices. Raman and Aditya knew they had to act. They created an organization, Project Catalyst, to bridge this gap and bring about positive change.
