France's leaders are pushing even harder for a strong comeback. They want a response that will have a real impact. These leaders urge Brussels to focus on key US products. They want the response to be effective. It must have pinch factor so the American economy will feel it. They have a goal, a “Buy European Act, ” to push Brussels for action. European leaders are watching the US actions closely. Germans are very clever and they know that trading should be open to all. They do have a plan for any potential US moves though.
