Caitlin Clark: Almost Unanimous, But Not Quite
Indianapolis, USAThursday, October 17, 2024
Clark has been a powerhouse on the court. She started every game for the Fever this season, averaging 19.2 points per game and leading the league with 8.4 assists and 122 3-pointers. She's shattered numerous league and team records along the way. Despite the slight snub, Clark remains grateful and excited for the future. "I am incredibly honored to be named Rookie of the Year," she said. "I am grateful to everyone who supported me throughout this past season."
It's interesting to think about why one voter might have left Clark off their list. Maybe they had a different perspective on who deserved the top spot. Either way, Clark's performance speaks for itself. She's a force to be reckoned with in the WNBA.
