The National Weather Service has issued the advisory for several counties, including Cook, DuPage, and Lake, starting at midnight.

- Heaviest Snowfall: North of Interstate 80
- End Time: Around 9 a.m. on Sunday

- Before Snow:
- Cloudy skies with possible sunny breaks
- Temperatures in the upper 20s to around 30 degrees
- During Snow:
- Light snow initially, becoming moderate to heavy at times
- Temperatures dropping into the low-to-mid 20s
- After Snow:
- Cloudy and windy with cold temperatures
- Two inches in southern areas, up to five inches near the Illinois-Wisconsin state line
