Coach Tomlin Prepares for Wide Receiver Shuffle

Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin has a new challenge on his hands. After facing the Las Vegas Raiders last week, the Steelers are now gearing up to host the New York Jets. But there's a twist—star wide receiver Davante Adams has switched teams. He was previously on the Raiders but was traded to the Jets earlier this week. This means Tomlin and his coaching staff are back to planning for Adams.

Tomlin isn't fazed by the change. "I was getting ready for Davante last week, and I'm getting ready for Davante this week. That's just how it goes in the NFL," he said. Tomlin acknowledges Adams' talent but believes the Steelers' game plan won't change dramatically. The bigger concern is that the Jets are now led by quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who has a history of success. Jets interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich isn't sure if Adams will play this weekend, as he's still learning the team's offense. Regardless, the Steelers are prepared for any scenario.
