Color and Space: How They Affect Our Counting Skills

Clumped colors helped counting, while random colors made it harder. This tells us that when we guess numbers, we look at the overall color richness, but when we count, we need colors to be nicely arranged. So, it seems colors and their setup can really change how we deal with numbers. Maybe we should think about this when we're trying to learn or teach math in different environments.
