Colts Swap Anthony Richardson for Joe Flacco

The Indianapolis Colts have made a significant change at the quarterback position. Coach Shane Steichen has decided to bench Anthony Richardson, the fourth overall pick from last year's draft. Flacco, on the other hand, has been more reliable. He's appeared in four games this season, starting two when Richardson was injured. The 2023 AP Comeback Player of the Year has completed 65. 7 percent of his passes for 716 yards, with seven touchdowns and just one interception. As a rookie last year, Richardson only played four games due to injury. Now, the Colts are sitting at 4-4 and hoping to improve their playoff chances. For the moment, they're turning to Flacco to bring some consistency to their offense.
