Sean "Diddy" Combs is taking a stand against a judge's no-bail ruling, which has left him behind bars awaiting trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges. Prosecutors claim that Combs was a "serial abuser and serial obstructer" during his first bail hearing, citing a 2016 incident where he allegedly bribed hotel security to cover up a violent assault on Cassie Ventura, his then-girlfriend.

The sex trafficking charges against Combs are severe, with allegations of "Freak Offs," orgies that he organized, forcing women to participate in drug-fueled, days-long sexual marathons with male prostitutes. Drugs were used to keep the victims compliant, and Combs allegedly filmed the sessions and masturbated to them. His employees allegedly helped organize the events, booking hotel rooms, arranging travel, and providing supplies. Combs has pleaded not guilty to racketeering conspiracy, fraud, coercion, and transportation for the purposes of prostitution. His next court appearance is scheduled for October 9.
