These changes, or "firing and freezing policies", had simply not been in place long enough, to have a huge impact on the crash. People could not make a reasonable and sensible case against Trump. The airport was buzzing and people were doing their daily jobs just like the crash day. There were some heavy shakeups in the aviation world at the time.
