He pointed out how many people seemed to suddenly ignore values they were brought up with, just because Trump disputed the election results. He cited an incident where protesters disrupted vote counting at the Detroit Counting Center, even as poll workers were intimidated. Obama brought up a filing by special counsel Jack Smith, which revealed a Trump campaign aide wanted to stir up riots.

The crowd got heated, but Obama advised them to not boo and instead vote. This Detroit stop was Obama's fifth rally for Vice President Kamala Harris, and they're set to appear together in Georgia soon. Trump also had a rally in the same center but drew a smaller crowd than Obama. For the crowd, Obama was introduced by Detroit native Eminem. Obama criticized Trump for taking credit for the economy, highlighting the auto industry bailout he implemented. He argued that Trump only thinks about himself and not the people.
