Diddy Faces Major Lawsuits: Allegations of Sexual Assault During Auditions

Two anonymous individuals, known as John Doe in the legal filings, have taken legal action against the famous music producer and rapper, Sean “Diddy” Combs. The accusations involve sexual assault, with one incident described as happening when the victim was only 10 years old. Another accuser, in his teens, claims the assault occurred during an audition for MTV’s “Making the Band, ” where Combs held a producing role. Currently, Combs is awaiting trial following his indictment in September on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transporting individuals for prostitution. Combs has pleaded not guilty to these charges and is also dealing with at least 27 civil cases. Combs’ legal team denies all accusations of sexual assault and trafficking.

One of the John Does alleges that at 17, during a three-day audition for “Making the Band, ” Combs groped him, forced him to undress, and assaulted him sexually. The accuser also claims that Combs’ bodyguard was involved and that he was later removed from the competition for refusing to perform oral sex on the bodyguard. The other John Doe, who was 10 at the time, claims he was drugged during an audition at a New York hotel and then forced to perform oral sex. The accuser reports waking up to find his pants undone and experiencing pain in his anus and buttocks. These allegations come amidst Combs' ongoing legal battles, which include several counts of sex trafficking and related charges.
