They introduced new rules for executives to follow such as supporting various perspectives, upholding company values, and making sure there are lots of talented people in the pipeline. Disney also announced changes to its streaming service by altering the way they address outdated content that may contain stereotypes. They decided to add a message that acknowledged the content as it was originally made.

"The updated tag will say, “This program is presented as originally created and may contain stereotypes or negative depictions, ” in the information section.

The company has been making these changes since last year and they are still working on improving it. They also added a new hub to their website called Belong.

The company also decided to unite and simplify the groups for employees that were already working on improving the company's culture.
