President Sisi himself requested the NEA to thoroughly investigate all issues to ensure the elections were fair and reflected the people's true choices.

Government-Supported Party List

One party list, predominantly supporting the government, secured enough votes to win seats in the first round.

Low Voter Turnout

The turnout for the first round was notably low, around 23%.

Upcoming Second Round

The second round of voting is scheduled for next week and will decide the remaining parliament seats.
