It seems that physical activity has a direct impact on sleep, but how you feel emotionally and physically can also make a big difference.
The study highlighted that in low- and middle-income countries, there's not much information on this topic. So, this research helps fill that gap, showing how important it is for older adults to stay active and take care of their mental health for better sleep.
