Exploring the Role of Cybernetic Models in Sports Management

A recent study explored how cybernetic models are used in the management of sports organizations and youth programs in selected provinces. This descriptive-exploratory research involved a survey of all sports management experts across the country. Due to the large sample size, a random sampling technique was used. Experts from five provinces (Qom, Alborz, North Khorasan, Hamedan, and West Azerbaijan) were selected, resulting in 92 participants, with 84 questionnaires returned. Professors of sports management endorsed the questionnaire, and its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's Alpha with a score of 0. 89.
