Factors Boosting Doctor Productivity in Erzurum

Productivity among doctors in Erzurum, Turkey's coldest city, greatly influences healthcare quality. Public hospitals employ most doctors, making their efficiency vital. This study focuses on factors affecting doctor productivity in three Erzurum hospitals: a University Hospital, Government Hospital, and District Hospital. A questionnaire completed by 276 doctors revealed several key factors. Years of working in the hospital, camaraderie, and colleague productivity were statistically linked to doctor productivity.
