Anhedonia is all about having a hard time feeling happy or pleased. Anxiety, on the other hand, brings on feelings of worry, tense muscles, and body changes. But did you know that diet can play a role in mental health? Yep, it turns out that eating tasty meals might help reduce those nasty anxious feelings.
A recent study focused on postgraduate students at Qassim University to find out if their eating habits were related to signs of anhedonia and anxiety. It's interesting how food and mood can be connected, isn't it?
