Feminism and Mental Health: A Complicated Dance

Take autism, for instance. It's not a mental illness, but it sure shows how society treats women with different brains. Autistic women face a lot of exclusion, and sadly, even some feminist ideas can leave them out. So, how can we make feminism more inclusive?
Looking at how the UK, USA, and other English-speaking countries handle this, we see that feminist theories need a refresher. We should be talking about different brain experiences without just labeling them as problems. It's time to make feminism a safer space for all women, including those with neurodivergent minds.
