The affected products have a UPC code of '7 05599 01920 3', an expiration date of January 1, 2026, and a specific time stamp of 12:00-23:00. These waffles were sold at Costco warehouses in the Midwest between July 15 and August 25.

The recalled waffles were distributed to multiple states, including Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Nebraska, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. If you still have any unused boxes of the recalled waffles in your freezer, Kodiak recommends taking them to your local Costco for a full refund. The recall is not limited to any specific retail stores and was initiated to ensure consumer safety. No other Kodiak products are affected by this recall, and only boxes with the specified UPC code and expiration date are included.
