Some Gen Z women think life was easier back in the '50s, when women focused on the home and kids. But was it really that simple?
The truth is, many women back then faced financial dependence and control from their husbands. They couldn't even open a bank account without permission. And let's not forget about women of color, who faced additional challenges. So, were the '50s really the 'good old days'?
"It's a false reality, " she warns. There were no perfect days back then, and there aren't any now. It's crucial to see the past for what it was, not what we wish it to be.
