Hydration is super important, so pace yourself with water and electrolytes in the days leading up to the race. Be smart about food too—stick to low-fiber, carb-rich foods. On race day, bring your own water, but don’t worry, the organizers have got you covered with water stations every mile from 3 to 25, and Gatorade at several points along the course. Bananas will be waiting at mile 21!
