Google Opinion Rewards: The Dark Horse of Design

Google Opinion Rewards is finally set to get a much-needed facelift. After years of neglecting its app design, Google has been spotted working on a dark theme for the Opinion Rewards app. The update which is still in development will introduce a new Theme option in the app settings. But will this be enough to revamp the outdated design of the app? What if the assumption is wrong and the update doesn't address the core issues plaguing the app's UI?
