Growing Green: Biopolymers in Special Applications for a Circular Economy

Europe is stepping up its game, with the European Union prioritizing circular economy principles. This shift is especially noticeable in Poland compared to other EU countries from 2014 to 2020. The Łukasiewicz Research Network—Institute of Biopolymers and Chemical Fibres is leading the charge in Poland, combining data from European databases with their own research. The question is, how are these biopolymers performing? Are they really making a difference in our special applications? And how do we make sure these materials aren't just a flash in the pan but a real solution for the future?
