Habitat for Humanity's Ex-Finance Director Pleads Guilty to COVID Fund Misuse

Ingram previously worked as the Finance and Operations Director at ACLU of South Carolina, but she is no longer employed there. She had also served as the accounting manager at Cactus Family Farms in Orangeburg.
As part of her plea agreement, Ingram has agreed to hand over all assets acquired with the COVID-19 relief funds. Her court appearance for bond and a plea hearing is scheduled at the federal courthouse in Columbia before Judge Mary Geiger Lewis.
