Though Texas Health Resources hasn't solidified their plans for the land, REX Real Estate expects it to become a hospital or health campus. This potential development could be the fourth hospital site in Celina to be purchased by North Texas health care providers.

The company is known for expanding its services in the region, with a recent announcement of a 60-bed hospital in Forney. Celina's rapid growth is noteworthy.
