Hundreds more were taken into custody for crimes like:

  • Burglary
  • Aggravated kidnapping
  • Drug offenses
  • Human trafficking

Notable Arrests

  • Brayan Josue Pineda-Ayala, a 23-year-old MS-13 gang member, was released into the U.S. earlier this year and allegedly committed a triple homicide.
  • Froilan Mejia Olveram, a convicted rapist, was encountered by agents in 2023 but couldn't be arrested due to enforcement guidelines. He went on to rape and assault a woman the following month.
  • Octavio Cruz-Garcia, a five-time-removed criminal alien wanted for homicide.
  • Elder Antonio Cruz-Hernandez and Yony Roberto Cruz-Hernandez, two Honduran brothers wanted for homicide, were arrested and are pending repatriation to Honduras.
