In fact recent study shows, if a teenager has positive attitude towards exercise, they can handle stress more efficiently. If they enjoy being active, they can reduce the harmful effects of stress.
Think about it this way: If a teenager hates exercising, they might not get the same stress-reducing benefits, even if they do the exact same physical activities over the period of time.
Buying into exercise as a method of de-stressing is a difficult to achieve mindset for some. For other it comes easily. This makes all the difference in how much stress it helps to lessen.
