The results showed that the longer students spent walking or biking, the more active they were. Shocker, right? But here’s the twist: the more time students spent sitting without breaks or using screens to study, the less active they were. Who would have thought that sitting too much could make you move less?
This study also found that students who sat without breaks for longer periods tended to sit more overall. So, it's like a vicious cycle – the more you sit, the more you want to sit!
