Dana White, famous for his work with the UFC, is putting a toe into boxing’s ring. After years of dreaming, his new boxing plans are becoming a reality. Former UFC star Matt Brown has his take on it. He’s not a big fan of White’s UFC monopoly, but he does think combat sports are more popular now. When asked if MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) has eclipsed boxing, Brown wasn’t so sure. He thinks boxing still wins if you’re talking huge fights. But he loves watching these fights too – like the ones with Jake Paul. Brown has a soft spot for boxing but also loves the pureness of other combat sports. He’s not into mixing entertainment with quality combat, though. He’d prefer if people knew the difference. White’s boxing venture seems to be aiming for a unique touch. Even boxing legends like Mike Tyson have faith in White. So, what do you think? Is White set to shake up the boxing world?
