Ivey's Leg Injury Marrs Pistons' Win Over Magic

Detroit Pistons guard Jaden Ivey, just 22 years old, was injured during a game against the Orlando Magic on Wednesday night. A collision with Orlando's Cole Anthony resulted in a severe lower leg injury for Ivey. Anthony slipped and fell into Ivey's planted leg, causing both players to fall. Ivey was in pain, grabbing his shin, and the medical staff rushed to his side. They shielded him from the crowd's view with towels as players from both teams gathered around him. After some time, Ivey was carefully placed on a stretcher, covered, and taken out of the arena. Both teams showed support and concern for Ivey and Anthony.

Pistons coach J. B. Bickerstaff acknowledged the tough situation after their 105-96 victory. "It’s hard on all of us. Jaden is an amazing person and teammate. He cares deeply about the team, " he said. "The players pulled through because they care about him and didn't want to let him down. " Ivey had scored 22 points before the injury.
