Recently, he announced a lawsuit against Universal Music Group and Spotify, claiming they inflated Kendrick Lamar's streaming numbers. Even Jalen Rose, filling in on Inside the NBA, had some fun with the situation. When Kendrick's song "tv off" played on the show, Rose joked that they might face a lawsuit if Drake was watching. The other hosts, Charles Barkley, Shaquille O'Neal, and Ernie Johnson, Jr. , were surprised but amused. This isn't the first time Inside the NBA has joked about the Drake vs. Kendrick Lamar "battle.
