Lawyers for “Vanderpump Rules” star James Kennedy have stated that there were no injuries in the altercation that led to his arrest on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic violence. The 32-year-old DJ and reality TV personality was apprehended by Burbank police on Tuesday night after they responded to a call about an argument between Kennedy and a woman. He was later released on bail. The police report from Burbank explains that Kennedy allegedly lifted the woman and threw her to the ground. The case is still pending review by the Burbank City Attorney’s office.

Kennedy’s lawyers, Scott Leemon and Leonard Levine, have initiated their own investigation into the allegations. They hope to demonstrate that the lack of injuries will lead to no formal charges being filed. Kennedy is currently in a relationship with Ally Lewber, another cast member of “Vanderpump Rules. ” The couple was spotted at Kathy Hilton’s Christmas party just hours before the incident.

Following Kennedy’s arrest, former co-stars who had dated him, like Kristen Doute, made public comments about the situation. Doute posted on her Instagram story, expressing her thoughts about the news. Lawyers for Kennedy’s ex-fiancée, Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, have also commented.
