Joe Rogan's Religious Journey: Why He Didn't Join Tom Cruise's Faith

Recently, Joe Rogan sat down with author Will Storr on his JRE podcast. They talked about religion and how some people are drawn to it because of successful figures like actors. Rogan shared that he was almost pulled in by the same religious path as Tom Cruise. He was impressed by how many successful Hollywood stars followed this faith. But, in the end, he decided not to join.

Rogan said, "I thought, maybe if they let me be myself and still do well, it's worth considering." But he also added that he didn't want to change who he was just to fit into a certain group or belief system. He wanted to stay true to himself. In another podcast, Rogan talked about Universal Basic Income with Dr. Phil. This is where the government gives everyone a minimum wage each month. Rogan isn't a fan of this idea because he thinks it can make people lazy and less motivated to work hard for their dreams. He believes that people should earn their own way in life.
