Justin Trudeau and Trump Enjoy Dinner at Mar-a-Lago, Trade Talks on the Menu

So, what happens when two world leaders sit down for a meal? Lots of talking, that's for sure. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau dropped by Mar-a-Lago for a dinner date with President-elect Donald Trump. This isn't just any dinner, though. It comes right after Trump made big promises about changing trade rules with Canada and Mexico. He wants to raise taxes on goods from these countries, which could cause some serious waves in the business world. Trudeau, however, isn’t shy about his thoughts on this.

He believes that Trump’s plan could make life tougher for both Canadian workers and American businesses. After their dinner, Trudeau was all smiles, calling it an “excellent conversation. ” But, nobody knows for sure if they talked about those tough trade rules.
