The architect behind the design is Scott Conley. The warehouse is part of a larger development plan. The city annexed a portion of the roughly 95-acre property. This area is known as the Gardner/Anderson Ranch. The plan includes a commercial zone on the east side of United Drive. It also includes 170 single-family homes on 30. 8 acres. The new facility is expected to boost the local economy. Bill Moseley, chair of the Kalispell Chamber of Commerce, sees it as a positive step for employment in the Flathead Valley. However, no specific opening date has been announced yet. The warehouse will be the first development in this commercial industrial site. There will be road work to extend United Drive and connect it to U. S. 93.
